This project included construction of a new flow splitter box for the existing aeration basins, new weir boxes, aerobic digesting tanks, new blower building with blower system and sludge feed pumps, addition of a third centrifuge/conveyor and demolition of existing sludge holding tanks at SIPD’s wastewater treatment plant. Also included were ancillary electrical upgrades, site/civil additions and changes as well as new controls for the added structures and components.

The project was successfully completed in early 2021.
