This plant upgrade expands current flow capacity to 1.6 MGD. Plant modifications include removal of sludge from the existing lagoons, construction of a fully functional continuous flow biological treatment process, erection of a new control building, sitework, paving, and all associated electrical, controls, and appurtenances.

The project was successfully completed under a tight construction schedule while addressing the unique complexities during the COVID19 pandemic.
